What we did

Two roofing systems across one home

This Miami Gardens project combined a standing-seam metal roof over the main house with modified-bitumen flat-roof sections at the rear and front porch.

The installation photos show dark metal panels alongside the white flat-roof surfaces. Both roofing scopes were included in the signed project documents.
