The sold scope included a full shingle roof replacement with high-wind installation, step flashing, upgraded pipe boots, sealed penetrations and aluminum drip edge around the roof.
Up to five sheets of plywood were included in the original contract.
Additional exterior work
The sold change order included two coats of paint on the soffit and replacement of the caulking between the fascia and soffit around the house.
The components of this roof system
Architectural shingles and leak barrier
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles and GAF StormGuard peel-and-stick leak barrier are confirmed in the project findings.
Roof edges, ridge and ventilation
The system also includes starter strip, GAF Seal-A-Ridge ridge cap and a rigid ridge vent, with flashing and penetration details included in the replacement scope.
In progress and roof finished
The June 25 media documents the roof after tear-off, with underlayment in place. The July 14 media shows the finished roof covering.
“Roof finished” describes the visible roofing work. A passed final inspection date has not yet been confirmed.

Workmanship warranty
This full roof replacement carries Bigfoot’s 10-year workmanship warranty, beginning at the final inspection. The warranty may be transferred once to the next owner of the property, subject to the written warranty terms.
